How To Make Carnival Cruise's Warm Apple Cobbler

INGREDIENTS
Crumble: All-purpose flour 2 Cups
Sugar 1⁄4 Cup
Baking powder 2 Tsp
Baking soda 1 Pinch
Salt 1 Pinch
Butter 8 Tbsp
Whipping cream 1 Oz
Filling
Apples, peeled, cored and sliced 1 lbs
Sugar 4 oz
Flour 2 Tsp
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Water 2 oz
Butter 1 Tsp
Method:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
• Grease a 9-inch pie plate with butter
• In a medium bowl combine the filling ingredients and toss to mix.
• Pour into the pie plate.
• In a small bowl mix topping ingredients
• The crumble will be sticky so just place dollops around the apples
• Bake for 35-40 minutes until topping is golden brown
